Hypnosis can be used in two ways, as suggestion therapy or for patient analysis.
In my sessions I use your own words with suggestion therapy: this hypnotic state helps a person be better able to respond to their own suggestions. Therefore, hypnotherapy can help some people change certain behaviours they would like to change, such as unhelpful emotions, limiting beliefs etc
I use Alpha hypnosis to reach the subconscious mind – this is the place where real change can happen. The sessions are gentle, relaxing and safe, where the person in hypnosis is fully aware and under their own steam.
I can work with individuals or couples depending on the desire, need or commitment.
